Our school students taking courses at other institutions

If students from our school wish to take courses at another institution, they must submit an inter-institutional course selection application in advance and complete the process.

Application period: To be processed during the course selection period of the next semester as determined by the other institution.

(For inter-institutional course selection, our school students are limited to courses not offered by our school. Each semester, students can take a maximum of 6 credits at the other institution.)

To fill out the "Inter-Institutional Course Selection Application Form," please visit the online link below. After filling out the form, print a hard copy and complete the internal and external signatures. It is important to submit the original application form to complete the application process. If the application form is not submitted, course credits and grades will not be counted.

(Please submit the original application form to the Registration and Course Affairs Section of the Academic Affairs Office within one week of completing the course selection at the other institution.)

Please fill out the application form for alternative subjects at Tunghai University for compulsory or elective courses taken through external programs, and submit it to the department office for review along with the course syllabus.

Students from other institutions taking courses at our school

If students from another institution wish to take courses at our school, please complete the internal and inter-institutional course selection approval application process.

During the first week of our school's semester, please bring the inter-institutional course selection application form from your institution.

After obtaining the approval and signatures of the teaching faculty and the department offering the course at our school,

proceed to the Registration and Course Affairs Section of the Academic Affairs Office to complete the add/drop process.
